Powerstep Introduces New Pinnacle Product!
STABLE STEP TO INTRODUCE NEW POWERSTEP PINNACLE PRODUCT
Cincinnati, Ohio . . . . . Stable Step, Inc. has announced plans to introduce its latest Powerstep orthotic support product, Powerstep Pinnacle, to retail stores across the US.
A pre-fabricated foot orthotic, new Powerstep Pinnacle is an extremely comfortable podiatric support system that helps relieve heel and arch pain, as well as knee and lower back pain, with a unique, four-component design. Pinnacle is the latest in a line of Powerstep orthotic products used by over 1,000 podiatrists nationwide, including podiatrists at The Mayo Clinic and The Cleveland Clinic, and is sold in retail outlets in all 50 states. Pinnacle is the first of several new products the company plans to introduce in 2006.
Dr. Les Appel, developer of the Powerstep Pinnacle and President of Stable Step, Inc., noted that “This new Pinnacle orthotic offers the perfect blend of foot control, spring and life-long cushioning for those who are seeking greater comfort than other products on the market.”
Powerstep Pinnacle is more comfortable because of its four step system. The prescription–like foot support and heel cradles are sealed in two layers of foam—a new inner foam named Hypurcel that maintains its density and cushioning properties and a soft EVA outer foam. Pinnacle’s anti-bacterial and anti-fungal top fabric combats foot odor and helps keep feet drier.
Dr. Appel sees this as an opportunity to expand the Powerstep product line among the current base of specialty running stores and to provide another option for users of orthotic products: “Customers over the years have suggested we add more cushioning to our original product. We decided to introduce a whole new product because our research clearly showed that not only is there demand, but Pinnacle meets that demand with its unique new cushioning system. Besides, we have a loyal base of customers for the original product. We think this is a great opportunity for our retail customers to keep the original product and add Pinnacle to meet consumer needs.”
He added: “Many retailers who have not yet bought our products will want to try it out. We think they will like not only the new Pinnacle but our other Powerstep products as well.”
